Émilie Couturier was born in 1994 in the town of La Flèche, in the Sarthe region of France (72).

At the age of 15, she began her training at the hospitality school in Le Mans, determined to pursue a career in the culinary arts.

She first earned her diplomas in cuisine before specializing in pastry.

In 2013, she was hired as a pastry chef at Domaine Les Crayères in Reims (51).

“At 22, she left her home province,
Ready to take on life;
Light-hearted and light-luggage,
She joined the brigade at Le Clarence in Paris”

In 2021, she remained in the capital and became Head Pastry Chef at Taillevent.

In June 2025, driven by a desire to return to her first love—savory cuisine—she applied for the position of Head Chef at Héritages. In this culinary house, she aims to create both sweet and savory dishes united by a common thread.

With its menu, Chef Couturier invites her guests on rich and varied culinary journeys. Her cuisine is generous and gourmet, rooted in French gastronomic tradition, and built on seasonal, high-quality ingredients—always guided by excellence and precision.
